CHRISTMAS DELIVERY

For pre-Christmas deliveries we recommend placing your order before 2pm on Monday 18th December using Royal Mail 48 (RM48). After this date and time whilst your order may reach you we highly suggest upgrading to Royal Mail 24 (RM24). For Royal Mail 24 we need keep in mind the postal service is very busy and thus please place your order by Wednesday 20th at 2pm

WHAT ARE MY DELIVERY OPTIONS?

We use national and international couriers to deliver your items to you in the most speedy, secure and professional way. We will confirm the costs with you either at the time of checkout for UK purchases and the majority of worldwide deliveries, or, occasionally for large, bulky, extra delicate or flammable items we may need to hold your order to get a specific delivery cost prior to dispatch. If we do need to get a cost prior to dispatch we will email you and ask for your acceptance before proceeding. Our standard delivery is 3-5 days but we aim to dispatch all in-stock items within one working day.

Our Churchstow store is open for click-and-collect and trade counter orders between 0900 and 1700 Mon-Fri. Products available for click and collect are highlighted as 'click and collect' below the price on the product page.

DO YOU DELIVER WORLDWIDE?

The short answer is yes, wherever your boat will go (and beyond) we will try and deliver to you. We will always try to obtain the best price for you from our delivery networks. There are a few items we simply can't ship very easily worldwide as our couriers and the civil aviation authority won't permit them on a plane. We will highlight this information on an item description, if in doubt please contact us.

* we are not able to send items over 60cm via Royal Mail International to any destination. International shipping services prohibit flammable or dangerous items. All heavy items such is liferafts are by quote basis but can usually be shipped worldwide. Air freighting a liferaft to New York, for example, is possible!

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DISPATCHED?

Our aim is to dispatch all in-stock items within one working day, however, we will keep you up to date with your order progress by email and SMS. When your order leaves us we will send you a note and where possible, will also provide a tracking number with the courier. For the majority of UK and European deliveries, this will be either DPD or Royal Mail, and you can track your order using the link in the despatch email.

WHAT IF AN ITEM IN MY ORDER IS OUT OF STOCK?

We try to hold items we sell in stock, occasionally this may not have been possible, in which case so we will tell you as soon as we can following receipt of your order. We will then inform you when we expect to be able to dispatch the item you have ordered and an option to cancel your order (we really don't want to lose customers so our aim is to get items to you as fast as possible).

I HAVE ONLY RECEIVED PART OF MY ORDER, WHERE'S THE REST OF IT?

If we have had to wait for part of your order from a supplier or we are dispatching from two different warehouses you may get part orders delivered to you. As an example, if you have ordered an offshore liferaft and a book about boat building, we don't hold these both items in the same warehouse, so to make things as quick as possible for you we will dispatch them separately. Our delivery charge is on your entire order, so you will not be charged for more than one delivery, no matter how your order is delivered. If we need to split your order because an item is out of stock, we will contact you first to discuss the options, we can either ship what we have immediately with the rest to follow or you may prefer the entire order at the same time.

I HAVE RECEIVED AN INCORRECT ITEM IN MY ORDER

Our systems are designed to avoid this scenario, if this is the case we are sorry for the inconvenience, please contact us immediately by either phone or email and we will arrange to collect the incorrect item and dispatch the correct one. We aim for 100% customer satisfaction and will want to work with you swiftly to resolve the issue

MY ORDER HAS NOT ARRIVED

If you are concerned that your order has not arrived and we have emailed a tracking code please try and check the location in the first instance by tracking your order, but if in any doubt, please contact us and we will locate your order.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Yes, of course, we know that people change their mind, we are all human. You can cancel your order at any time until dispatch free of charge and we will issue a refund if your card has been charged within 48 working hours. If any part of the order has already been dispatched we will not be able to refund the delivery cost of your purchase and you will have to pay for the return courier costs. If we have offered free delivery and the cost of delivery to us from the courier is over £20 and the item has been dispatched before you cancel your order, we will require a nominal £20 contribution towards your cancelled delivery costs. Please note we can not issue a refund on any cancelled order until all items are returned in their original and undamaged condition, please see our returns policy for more information.
