Simply holding this light you appreciate the solidity and quality that it represents. The weight, simple design and polished finish all remind you of the era before complicated circuit boards and dimmer switches. This is a solid, stylish statement; well designed for a boat projecting only 1 1'2" from the bulkhead over a berth (less chance of sitting up abruptly and hitting ones head). You do need some space behind in the bulkhead, the light reqires a 1" (25mm) depth. An integral toggle switch is fitted and as a gesture to modern time, and more crucially due to the substantial savings in energy on board, the light is fitted with 2 warm white 60 lumen LED's as standard.
