Zhik has changed the DNA of the wetsuit by switching from toxic-oil based neoprene to an all natural plant-based suit and using recycled plastic material, on average using 64 bottles for a wetsuit, top and the spandex rash vest in the same ECO X range.
There Zhik ECO X wetsuit has 2mm layer of natural insulation that provides warmth in cold conditions and thanks to the Zhik 3D body mapping design that is built into the makeup of the top, it hugs your body and takes your shape, meaning a tight yet incredibly stretchy fit. In fact, the 4-way stretch is thanks to the superstretch construction and flatlock seams (which don't rub as the old fashioned ones did). The Zhik difference is really apparent with the soft, fast drying and warm feeling inner fleece (made of course from recycled materials) and helps keep you warm.
Zhik Eco X is a performance spring, summer, and autumn top, but this time made from 90% sustainable plant-based insulation and 95% recycled plastic fabrics (inner/outer).
